Cranial Sacral System
The Cranial Sacral system is a phsysiological system which exists in humans. It is composed of the bones of your skull, face and mouth, which make up the cranium and then extends down the spine to the sacrum. An imbalance in the system due to stress, trauma or injury can result in sensory, motor and intellectual dysfunction. As a therapist, Diana uses a light hands-on approach to assist the hydraulic forces in the Cranial Sacral system in order for self-correction to occur. Cranial Sacral work can facilitate a state of deep relaxation as it corrects the imbalances in the hydraulic Cranial Sacral system. This work can help alleviate headaches and TMJ.
